The Company will also hold a conference call and webcast to review its results for the first quarter fiscal 2022 on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at 5 p.m. ET. The results and call will be made available to lenders under the Company's credit facilities, holders of the Company's 4.75% senior first lien notes due 2028 and 7.75% senior notes due 2029 (collectively the "Notes"), any bona fide prospective purchaser of the Notes, any bona fide security analyst and any bona fide market makers.

Lenders under the Company's credit facilities will receive details on how to access the call from the administrative agents for the respective credit facilities.
