The brand is showing its true blue and orange colors with a hand-painted, one-of-a-kind 650-square-foot wall mural featuring a mythical alligator with a never-ending tail. P.F. Chang’s is also rooting for local beer makers by featuring three top microbrews made in Gainesville: First Magnitude 72 APA, First Magnitude Vega Blonde Ale, and Swamp Head Big Nose IPA, plus one made in Tampa: Cigar City Jai Alai IPA.

P.F. Chang's Mongolian Beef is made from scratch using hand-sliced beef and Muranaka Farm green onions.
